Patrick J. McNichol  President
Mr. McNichol is an Engineering Scheduling Specialist for Boeing, the largest Defense Contractor in the World. Previously Patrick was a Project Manager for Ryan Homes, one of the largest residential builders in the US. In 2005 Patrick began his career in charitable fundraising when he created The War on the Shore, an annual Avalon NJ Cancer fundraiser grossing over $90,000 since its inception. Patrick and his fundraisers actively contribute to The Four Diamonds Fund and Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Mr. McNichol graduated from Penn State University with a double major in Marketing and International Business and a minor in Spanish.

Erik T. Christian  Vice President
Mr. Christian is the Director of Business Development at Tollgrade Communications, specializing in Smart Grid partnerships and M&A. Previously Erik worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Telecommunication, Media and Technology group for Oppenhiemer & Co. and CIBC World Markets in New York City and Columbia Capital, a Washington DC venture capital fund. Erik is active with many cancer related organizations, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC. Mr. Christian graduated from Penn State University with a double major in International Business and Finance.

James D. Krugh   Secretary
Mr. Krugh is a Manager within the Advisory – Business Risk group at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Philadelphia. Jim actively contributes to the Penn State Dance Marathon, the United Way and a variety of charitable organizations both locally and nationally. Jim graduated from Penn State University with a double major in International Business and Management Sciences & Information Systems.

Corey M. Talone   Treasurer
Mr. Talone is a CPA and is a Senior Accountant at Maillie, Falconiero & Company, LLP, an accounting firm in the Philadelphia. Corey is involved in a variety of charitable organizations both locally and nationally such as Livestrong, St. Baldricks and American Cancer Society. Mr. Talone graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting.

  Michael A. Church   Board of Directors
Michael A. Church is Founder and CEO of Addison Capital. His primary role is as Chief Investment Strategist, monitoring the global investment landscape for opportunities. Michael previously managed the Church Capital Value Trust fund, a Five Star Morningstar rated mutual fund, and the Church Capital Money Market fund. Michael also co managed $2.5 Billion in assets under management as Senior Portfolio Manager at Church Capital Management, a registered investment advisor based in Yardley, Pa.  Mr. Church is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business. He is also regularly quoted in The Wall Street Journal, MSN Money, The New York Times, and Business Week, among other national publications. Michael is an activist in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the Elpis Foundation in Philadelphia as well as serving on the Executive Board for the Rider University College of Business Administration. Mr. Church attended Lafayette College and received a MBA in Finance from Rider University.

  Joseph A. Friedman   Board of Directors
Mr. Friedman is the Director of a Business Management and Accounting Practice in New York City for the firm Shapiro Lobel LLP. His clients include musical acts such as The Disco Biscuits, as well as tech start-ups such as GroupMe and BuzzFeed. Previously Joe was the Financial Accounting Manager for BlackBook Media Corporation in New York City. Mr. Friedman has a background as a CPA in accounting, and graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting.

  Charles E. Lawson III   Board of Directors
Mr. Lawson currently works in reinsurance as a global property facultative underwriter for Berkshire Hathaway’s General Reinsurance Corporation in New York City. Previously, Charles worked as a paralegal in the Philadelphia firm of Reilly, Janiczek and McDevitt LLP. In addition to his efforts at the Elpis foundation, Charles is involved with the St. Baldrick’s foundation, a national cancer philanthropy, and the American Red Cross. Mr. Lawson graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Business Liberal Arts.

  Jesse G. Pauker   Board of Directors
Mr. Pauker is an Associate in the Labor, Employment and Litigation practices at Epstein, Becker & Green, PC, in Newark, New Jersey. While attending Rutgers School of Law-Camden, Jesse participated in the Community Dispute Resolution Committee Mediation Project, and provided financial counseling to low-income residents in Camden County through the school’s Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project. Due to his strong commitment to pro bono work, Mr. Pauker received the Rutgers School of Law-Camden Pro Bono Award. Mr. Pauker graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Organizational Management and a minor in Economics, and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden.

  Sean M. Stephan   Board of Directors
Mr. Stephan is a Senior Analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Residential Capital, LLC in Fort Washington, PA. Previously, Sean worked as an Analyst with Deutsche Bank Securities’ Global Commercial Real Estate Group in Manhattan. Prior to his employment at Deutsche Bank, Sean worked as a Junior Portfolio Manager with Veritable, LP, a boutique investment management firm in Newtown Square, PA. Sean is involved with New York Cares, the largest volunteer philanthropic organization in NYC, and participates in local charity events in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Stephan graduated from Penn State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Finance.

  Russell J. Talone    Board of Directors
Mr. Talone CFP, CLU of Talone Insurance, Inc. is a consultant for small and medium sized companies, designing employee benefit programs including financial planning for owners and key employees. Previously, Mr. Talone worked in the Investment Products Division of The Hartford. Russ holds securities registrations & life and health insurance licenses for numerous states and a Property and Casualty License in Pennsylvania. Russ is FINRA registered and holds the Series 6, 63, 7 and 65 licenses. Mr. Talone is a leadership member of the Smeal Club of Philadelphia and is currently serving as Secretary of the Montgomery County PSU Alumni Association. Russ is an active member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council and has served on the investment subcommittee for Catholic Health East. Mr. Talone graduated from Penn State University with a BS in International Business and Finance and a minor in Spanish.
